ABSTRACT As to the question that the current enterprise information system can not adapt quickly to shifting business, this paper mainly studied business process adaptability according to Norm and SOA and proposed a business process modeling method based on Norm. The purpose is to enable business change in the information systems more flexible and better meet the current market and customer demands.
