ABSTRACT Market system experienced two stages: classical market system and modern market system. In the meantime, enterprise institution also achieved a great change from classical enterprise institution, company institution to modern company institution. In the evolution of market system and enterprise institution, they are restricted and promoted each other showing the relevance of interactive optimization.
