This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of Tuliu Group’s fresh food supply chain, exploring how it effectively responds to the challenges posed by public health emergencies and its role in supporting farmers and promoting the development of the agricultural e-commerce industry. Furthermore, it compares and analyzes the differences between Tuliu Group and other e-commerce platforms, proposing strategies for the wider application and optimization of Tuliu’s approach.
