ABSTRACT: Pancreatic cancer is on the rise, ranking 13th among cancer sites in the world and 5th among digestive cancers. Real-life national data on patients with localized pancreatic adenocarcinoma are lacking in the medical literature given their number, which is often not representative because most diagnoses are made at the metastatic stage. The main objective of this study, which is part of the activity report of the Medical Oncology Department of the Hassan II University Hospital of Fez, is to report the survival results of localized pancreatic adenocarcinomas collected at the said department and to determine the prognostic factors associated with this survival depending on the year while comparing them to global results.
