Special Issue on Infection Control
Infection control is a practical sub-discipline of epidemiology concerned with the prevention of nosocomial or healthcare-associated infection, which includes preventing the transmission of communicable diseases in all health care settings. It demands a basic understanding of the epidemiology of diseases; risk factors that increase patient susceptibility to infection; and the practices, procedures and treatments that may result in infections.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Infection Control. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Infection Control” should be selected during your submission.
